Mickeys parade taping

has anyone heard anything about a taping of Mickeys parade on dec 6th of 08? if so, can you please explain?

Regis and Kelly I think film the Christmas Parade on that day for the 25th airing on TV. It is crazy on Main Street, the crowds are huge. In another thread I was telling someone that we did not realize this and when we got in the gate we immediately went to the train and road it around to the back side of the park. So you may want to plan something else that at that time. They have a stage set up and they get the crowd going for the parade--organized chaos. It did not affect our trip and we just moved on. You may be just the person who likes to participate in crazy fun.

That will be the day they film Mickey's Very Merry Christmas parade that will air on ABC on Christmas Day. We ended up in MK in 2005 on the day they were taping the Christmas Parade and it was a total zoo. It was our last day and the kids really wanted to see MK again before we left, so that's the only reason we stayed. . . won't be doing it again, though!!!

I was there one year they taped. It was mad crazy and crowded.

We were there last year on that day and left and headed to MGM. It was so packed and crazy the kids wanted to leave
