Can someone please clarify this me...if you purchase the special event ticket for Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party what time can you enter the Magic Kingdom with that special event ticket? There are some reports that you can enter at 4:00pm. The party doesn't officially begin until 7:00; can you use the park normally from 4-7? Also, how are the crowds, we are thinking of going October 11.

Thanks.

We attend MNSSHP each year and we've always entered the park about 4pm or shortly after. I think only once were we asked to show a regular ticket where they would not accept the party ticket just yet. For us it was not a problem since we have AP's. You can use the park regularly between 4-7pm, although they will usher everyone over towards Tomorrowland when they are trying to get the regular day park guests cleared out. :)

We have been attending MNSSHP for the last 4 years, and have always entered at or around 4 pm. Thus far we have never been asked for anything but the party ticket, and we were welcomed by very friendly faces each time. The CM's that attach the wrist bands were all in place at that time, so seems like they are expecting this. :thumbsup2

Oops, wasn't quite finished there.

They pointed us in the direction of Tomorrowland and another land one time (cant remember which one?) until 7:00, but this is really not enforced.

Crowds were never that bad, except last year we went during free dining and it was SOLD OUT, to my horror! Crowds still were not comparable to a regular park day, but to big for my liking after having been spoiled with thinned out crowds the other times. We have been on Oct. 19, early October, Mid October, and late September. I think the earlier October was the best, if I remember correctly, and it was on a Thursday.

The free dining was nice, but not worth the crowds, in my opinion. Probably won't do that again.

I just ordered my tickets this morning and I can confirm what the previous posters are saying....at 4 pm you can enter the park with you party ticket. Have a great time, we're really excited to go!
