Has anyone heard when tickets for MSSHP are going on sale?? I called last week the cast member said, the dates were not aval. yet. Help?? Do you know if the tickets go fast once the date has been announced?

I thought about doing this also, my only problem is we will have 2 -- 11 yrs boys that think this is just for "KIDS". Does anyone out there have any hints that would get them interested????

It seems like tickets went on sale around the first of June last year. We attended last year on October 27th, and I didn't call for tickets until late August. I didn't think there was any chance of tickets still being available, but the only night sold out when I called was the 31st.

Hope you get tickets! It's great fun!

Have them look at the photo below. We were there last Halloween with our 4 kids 3,8,9,10 and momo and day we all dressed up....it was a blast. Trick or treating in the park consists of various stations. All of our kids loved it even the boys. It's not just for KIDS unless you count being under 50 a KID. Tell them that everyone loves it and dressing up just adds to the fun. About 85% of the people (KIDS included) dress up...

Thanks so much for all the info -- I will be sure my guys check out your pix -- you all look GREAT! :)

I wanted to know about MNSSHP too.. Since I became a Disney Store cast member we can't go in Dec liked we had plan. So my husband an I are trying to decide when to go. My oldest daughter wants to go to MNSSHP again, since we are in Neb and trick or treating just is too cold up here. I hope they have it. I had read that they may not??? I just hope they go back to the smaller crowds. last year was WAY to crowded..

Hey TmsnMD, tell your boys that, especially early in the evening, the lines to the rides are VERY short. (At least they were for us!) We got to ride Space Mountain over and over. We never waited longer that 10 minutes in line and many rides were walk-ons. Compared to busy times of the year, it was a treat!
We were just 2 adults and had a blast. The CM's were handing out candy to everybody by the end of the night and there were characters EVERYWHERE! The decorations are great-really added to the atmosphere.

I have decided that this just sounds like tooooooo much fun to pass up (and the short lines never hurt). I am going to buy long sleeved ORANGE t-shirts for all of us, and the sticky backed black felt so each one of us can make our own jack-o-lantern face on the front of the t's. I was talking to DH last night about everything I have read on this thread and he thinks it is going to be a lot of FUN!!! I think I'll wait to tell the "BIG GUYS" until we get there. Thanks for all your help!:)

I agree last year was very, very crowded... so from reading these posts I guess that is not always the case. One tidbit to share... we went full force the day we went to MNSSHP, I wish we had taken it easier that day..we were all so worn out, and it was so crowded, we only stayed a couple of hours...
