Mickey's not so scary Halloween Party

We are going to WDW in October and will be attending the Halloween Party. A friend of mine noticed UK Disney costumes on ebay look nicer than the ones at the Disney Store here. I could not find a costume in my daughter's size on ebay. Does anyone know where these sellers get their costumes in UK? I am also considering waiting and buying a costume when we get to WDW. Are the WDW costumes nicer or should I check out the Disney Store anyway?

last year one of the photo locations was the stroller parking area near its a small world.

I bought my 10 year old an Elizabeth Swann costume from the UK on ebay; it was the only place I could find it and it looks like great quality. I later found out that she bought it at Woolworths UK HERE.
