I hope you all had a happy and safe Thanksgiving weekend!
I just had a few minutes to catch up on your TR, Lindsey, and what do I see?? Camille and I are DIS stars! We had a blast at the Eat to the Beat show and all the yummy snacks, Mr. Twining, and Illuminations....just soooo much. Your trip reports are so awesome, you brought me right back. Thanks for all of the descriptions so well worded.
I am just finishing up a big project for my last class!!! YAY!!!! I can not wait to be done. Then maybe I'll check in with you all a little more often. Until then - hope all is well and happy holiday season to all!

You are so welcome! I am hoping I will be able to do a DL Trip Report, but we will see. I'm not sure if I will have time, but I'll definitely try to do a WDW Christmas TR from our stay at Fort Wilderness!

I am so glad I got to share the pictures and my experience with all of you too! I'm really hoping I will have the time to do a DL Trippie! I'll have to post my pictures, either way.

I am feeling pretty good, thank you! I actually just had another visit to the Ortho today and I had to get more braces put on four more of my teeth. Now, I am sore again and I have to start cranking my expander again Wednesday. I'm just not happy that I have to go to CA with a mouth full of metal!

She is here filming a new Disney Holiday Special, which will air on The Travel Channel on December 11!

She was super sweet and said I could call her Sam!

They've been doing a lot of filming here today.

She is here filming a new Disney Holiday Special, which will air on The Travel Channel on December 11!

She was super sweet and said I could call her Sam!

They've been doing a lot of filming here today.

Yeah!!! A new one!!!

I would love it if they redid the resorts ones... especially since most of them have been refurbed....

I guess the Castle lights will be featured on there as well!!!

I wonder if they will do any of the other parks?

Thanks for the well-wishes before I leave for Cali!

I am so excited! We are flying out on December 8 around 5:00 am! That's going to be just awful, especially with the time difference. I probably won't be sleeping that night!

I can't wait to be in Disneyland again and the Castle there is so amazing at Christmas! It's so cute!

I've got lots more of Cali activities planned too, so hopefully I have time to do a Trippie to include all that too!

I know this is the new holiday special they will be running for around 5 years. I know they were trying to stay away from the Year of Million Dreams stuff because it will date the special, so I'm not sure what they will be showing!

They tried not to film anyone's face, but you will see where I work and there may be some people I know and work with speaking on the special.

Christmas Day Parade Taping!




I have had such an amazing week!

I got an e-mail late last night that I was invited to attend the taping of the Christmas Day Parade today!

I was so excited!

DH & I arrived at the MK today around 10:00 am and they had just started filming the segment with Patti Labelle. Then, we were so excited to find out they were just beginning the filming of the "Dancing with the Stars" segment!

DH & I were chosen to stand right next to the Castle on the walkway! We had the perfect viewing spot and you'll have a good chance of seeing us on TV Christmas morning!

I actually got to meet the cast of "Dancing with the Stars!" I got to shake all of their hands and say hello! I was so thrilled!

We also got to stay for the Jessica Simpson and Katherine McPhee filming segments, but they were just nothing compared to watching Patti and John Secada with all the stars from "Dancing with the Stars."

Jessica Simpson had quite the attitude! Katherine McPhee had an amazing performance singing the Disney classics with a beautiful show with the princesses around her. She was very sweet and she sounded beautiful.

Anyway, I'm going to post pictures and my videos as soon as I can!
I'll post the link to them here!
