We recently had dinner at Chef Mickeys. Prior to our trip I had read very mixed reviews about this choice but all seemed agreed that the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes were out of this world.
I would say that we had a wonderful time and were impressed by the venue, food and character interaction.
Except the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes that is!!!!!!
Now maybe us Brits like a little more substance to our spuds than you Yanks but the last time I viewed anything with that colour and texture was when I wall papered my lounge!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for a wonderful holiday that will live long in our memories. Warm generous people who really do care that we have a "nice day" .

Wales is not on the French Coast but is a country in its own right (part of the UK) home of Catherine Zeta Jones, Tom Jones, warriors, dragons and poets, Coastlines and Mountains.
