Hi Moll!!! I asked your mom if your wouldn't mind even printing out some magnets for me. For some reason they don't work for me. Lets get a move on and start packing folks, don't forget to bring a bandana for Pirate night...Paula wants Santa hats for meeting up, how about Bandanas for Pirate night.
Hard to believe I had one left over from my Disney Cruise House Party-boy did I ever luck out (or did I accidently on purpose hide one?) No, not me.. . . .needed to wear one for my party.

I'm hearing two different stories about DCL having bandanas on the cruise - some say yes while others say no to bandanas...so folks bring your own! ! ! The DisneyCruiseLine House Party bandanas are red with black skull/crossbones and PIRATES of the CARRIBEAN in black letters and triangular shaped.

I'm going to pass on the Pirate bandana, I'm planning on being a Lady-the bandana won't go w/ the outfit OTOH maybe I'll kidnap the pirate instead

Did anyone sign up for the Sea Lion visit? We did and I'm kinda thinking about cancelling it to try something else - either a self guided tour or something more about the area... we do want to pick up some christmas gifts while we're in the bahamas...

Hi Michelle,

No bandanas? ? ? You can still be a lady with a bandana. I wore a long skirt and white blouse dress sandals- AND bandana. You would be surprised how many ladies wear bandanas on the cruise. You can be dressed in Pirate costume. If they give them out, the servers help put them on and everyone has so much fun.

In Nassau, Gina & I are going on the Argastra Garden and City Tour. Clint from DCL raved about it and goes on it every cruise. You also travel on an air conditioned bus. Price is $42 pp.

In '06 we didn't go tours. Strolled the streets of Nassau, purchased several items, took cab to Atlantis, leisurely walked through lobby, took pictures. Walked across the road into town to Starbucks. Sat outside and relaxed over a cup of coffee.

I purchased various Christmas gifts from Nassau, rum cakes, rum and various other items. At straw market, bought my 3 yr old granddaughter Mickey purse with her name. Also bought items on Disney Cruise Line.

Who's all going to early seating? :thumbsup You'll have the pleasure of seeing Paula, her family, Gina & I

Carol and I have been having a chat and thought as this is going to be a once in a lifetime experience for us all that maybe we should make the most of it

I know we have got our FE meet and DIS Meet arranged, but thought that it might be a nice idea to have a few other meets arranged for those who wanted to attend depending on peoples arrangements

Would you please let us have your thoughts and ideas on this

We appreciate that everyone won'tt be able to attend every meetup but just though it might be nice idea to give people the option

Were really looking forward to meeting and partying with you all very soon

Just wanted to let you know of some of the thoughts we have had sofar are as follows:

Day 1: FE Meet and DIS Meet

Day 2: Somekind of meetup in the evening (even if its just a quick drink and chat about the days events) after dinner and shows - ideas please!!

Day 3: Meetup in the evening on deck in the same place as DIS meet for the pirates party

Day 4: Breakfast meetup (for those who are up in time!!!) and then meetup in the atrium for the goodbye party (can't remember what it's called exactly but will find an upto date navigator!!) then final "Farewell" drinks somewere afterwards

The meets sound good, I just have no idea if we'll make them or not

It's our first cruise so it's hard to say what we'll be doing (assuming I'm not curled up moaning in the cabin lol!)

Carol, That's a tour we've been considering- and also just wandering on our own... I think I will see if it's still open and cancel the Sea Lion meet so we're open no matter what~

I do believe there's a Karoke night on the ship...good idea ! !

Paula and I were chatting and had ideas...thought we'd bring it up and get suggestions from all of you. We're trying to figure times before early and after late seatings and before/after excursions.

If you can't make all the meets, it would be nice if you can make at least another after the first one. If you're at first seating, we'll have the honor of seeing you. On Pirate Night (if it's still the same) you'll be dancing all over the restaurant. It's so much fun.
After dinner(not Tuesday) I'll probably be bar hopping just to see what's going on. I'm curious-my last name means "cat" and you know what they say about curiousity killing the cat? ? ? Need I say more. Who knows I may be the Pied Piper of MMC

more suggestions please. Where's everyone at? Last minute shopping, planning, make sure you have everything packed $$$, meds, personal hygiene, camera, film....oh my, I still have to get one

Hi everyone! We would love to get together for additional meets. We're at late seating as well so not sure what will fit for us. If there is a karaoke meet we'd love to do that. I'm not sure of our plans day to day. Just post what you decide on for sure and we'll make at least two of them work for us. We'll definitely be at the "sail away meet".
We're costuming it up for the pirate party. My DH is dreading it but willing to go along to make DS happy.
I haven't started packing yet but have started laying things out. Can't wait!!!!

Carol - what time are you on the Ardastra excursion? we cancelled the Sea Lions and got a 12pmish tour for Ardastra, we hope to maybe hit the straw market in the morning, find a place for lunch then meet up w/ the tour if we can make that work

Were on the 1st dining, but we are trying to organise all "Meetups" at times when everyone will be free.

I posted on DIS about an hour ago to see if anyone has got any recent navigators then hopefully we can try and work things out from there!!!
