Well we've got our cabins - 2 x cat 12's on deck 2 2013 & 2015 was hoping for a bit of pixie dust but not planning on spending a lot of time there anyway!

I heard the cruise from the 12th got their room assignments. It doesnt matter to me actually. I don't plan on being in the room that much anyways. But yes the FE will be fun with us running all over. Maybe we should do that before we start drinking

I am such a goof!! I called and asked why none of us had got upgrades! Cause when I looked at my reservation it said cat. 12 still with the room number. I was informed I was upgraded to a cat. 9 oceanview. YAYA!! So my room is 2146. Low cabin but thats cool its an oceanview. I am happy.

Try looking on disneycruiseline.com sign in or register if your not a member - you'll find out what cabin you're in. Can't understand why I have so many members in my group when there's only Gina and I. ROFLMAO I wonder what happened. DUH it wouldn't let me check for dinner seating to see if it had changed since part of my group members went to earlier seating! I wonder who that could have been?

Although we're not dining together, our cabins are next to each other. Like you we won't be spending much time in 2011 -especially if we feel the boat "a rocking" I'm sure I'll be on deck. But, then again, it may put me to sleep. ROFL

Good news, Paula and I have been discussing the get together parties. She'll be notifying FE members and as far as the rest of MMC's get ready to meet up at the Sail Away Party -

In order to recognize one another, we've decided for everyone to wear Santa Hats. As you are facing the stage meet up on the left of the stage by the stairs. We have a large group so I'm sure we'll extend along around the stage for the little ones to see or be on their parents shoulders.(close to the action)

Remember, after the Muster Drill, put your Santa hats on and head for the Sail Away Party.
We are Mickey's Merry Cruisers
and what better way to identify ourselves is with a Santa hat.

you can get them at the Dollar Store...I bought ours there and they had two different kinds - the normal cheap ones and fancier plain ones for the same price.

We got an upgrade - so cool. We are now in an outside room. Already have our Mickey Santa hats ready for the trip. Set to work on our trip shirts tomorrow while off work.

FE gifts are boxed and ready to be shipped...I should say half of them. Gina's got the other half. I only wanted to use 1 pc of luggage - so I packed my carry on into my large bag to check in. (Continental said it was okay.) That way I'll have an empty carry on to put my FE gifts and souveniers in.

I know isn't everyone excited!!!!! I can't wait. Trying to get it all together but it's getting harder. Santa hats will be cute.

My girlfriend and her family are getting on the wonder on sun. so jealous. But it will be here before we know it.

We are slow to get ready. I'm so excited about the trip and it's getting close but I just can't motivate the family to start packing.

I did call to get our dining rotation so that we'd be in tritons on formal night.

We are getting crazy excited now that we are less than a month from sailing away! Got my DH and DS's pirate costumes at super clearanced price from Target this week! Now, if I can get them to wear them. Tee hee! Not sure if I can get DH to wear a santa hat...I'm kinda pushin it with the pirate bit. We'll see!
We now have our cabin assignments. We're not in the FE's but we're in 2048 FYI. Was really thrilled that we got upgraded from an inside stateroom to oceanview. I could have lived with the other but I really love having a window!
Please remember we're "newbies" to the DCL so forgive me if I have questions that sound elementary. Sounds like the rest of you are pretty seasoned at this. I think I remember that Carol is with a girl's group but how many of the others are in the cruisers that are going to be with spouses? Just want to prepare the DH for the group.
Does anyone know if it is too late for me to get the people that do the door magnet designs to conjure up one for me? I really would like to get one of those done but not sure how to go about it.
Anyways...looking forward to this more than you can imagine. It is going to be fabulous to meet you all!

It's official got upgraded from cat 11 to cat 8. We are in cabin 6500 with an ocean view and I understand this is a large cabin.

Cruise documents came today. So ready to go for a ride on Disney's ship.

Have absolutely no plans for this cruise except for the 5k on Castaway Cay. Going to bring some books and pull up a deck chair and read, relax and eat chocolate chip cookies and soft serve ice cream.
