Has anyone ever take this tour at Magic Kingdom? My DD (14) and I are thinking of doing this on our trip and I would like more info than the Disney website gives.

Thank you,
Tracy :earsgirl:

I'd also like more info on this tour. We're thinking of this tour & the Magic Behind the Trains tour next April. Any info would be appreciated. :wave2:

DD10 and I did it in August. It was very informative. Even with having done two other tours (Keys & Backstage Magic), this had a different slant and all different areas/focuses. Wish our guide had been a little better but really enjoyed ourselves. If you are looking to know something specific, feel free to ask more questions

InstImpres,

Where does the tour take you to and what is the "suprise gift" at the end of the tour?

Thank you for your help,
Tracy

You start at city hall, go out front to talk about the significance of the train station and entrance area, into the kodak bulding (I never took the time to do this part and would not have caught everything on my own), onto the train, sneak into a closed toon town, through Fantasy land (and Philharmagic), through Frontier Land & a surprise.....you really don't expect me to tell do you?

You end with a charater visit and Mickey Ears that are personalized and marked as MMM (Mickey's Magical Milestones)

InstImpres,

Thanks for telling me. My DD really wanted to know the "prize" involved to help her make up her mind on which special activity we were going to do. It was between this and having tea at the Grand.

Thank you so much for your help, :cheer2:

Do you mean Mickey ears like what you wear on your head? When you say personalized, do you mean embroidered?

We took this tour in April & had a great time. Our ears were personalized with our names on one ear & M M M 2006 on the other. Cute souvenir from
the tour. We did this tour & the Magic Behind the Steamtrains. Both were very informative & fun. I'd like to take a couple of the other tours as soon as my 11 yo DS is old enough for them.
:thumbsup2

We did this tour last July.

Here is my spoiler review of it

I thought it was interesting. My daughter wasn't that thrilled (she had just done a report that year on Walt and felt like it was repetitive of stuff she already knew).

It was nice to do once but I don't think I would take it a 2nd time type of thing.

When go into Toontown go into Mickey House and walk out back. As the guide telling information, Mickey comes and you one on one with Him. You area allowed to take cameras on this tour, we not know and we did take, so one next trip we took all over again, and got quite few good pictures. ::MickeyMo

I took the tour last July with my mom. It was a blast. Learned some new facts, got to see some new stuff, and got some great character pictures with the mouse himself.......alone!!!!!!

We also got a surprise character at the end and were able to get pictures then too!
