Hi everyone, we are off to DLRP on 17th December.
I can't seem to find much information about Mickey's Holiday Dinner Show, can you help please?
Thank you
Sarah X

I think it's only on from Christmas eve this year.

:sad2: what a shame we are of to DLPR the 20th to 23rd and so wont be able to book this, though the cost would probably be too much for us anyway:confused3 . Something else caught my eye on the dlpfood guide though what exactly is the "he Wonderful World of Tinker Bell Dinner Show - Newport Bay Club" sounds fun but i cant find any other info about it. Any one help?

thanks

sue

Its almost the same as the Mickey show but with the Tinkerbell show you get a "dinner" and at the Mickey show is a wonderfull buffet with lots and lots of food and the deserts are soooooooo jammie.

I have just booked the Mickey's Holiday Dinner for 4 adults and 3 kids for New Years eve... Yes it's expensive but I think its a once in a lifetime party. We are on the 2nd sitting of the meal at 10pm!! The main advantage is that we will get to see the new year in with the characters. So for those that want to know more I have been talking to the booking agents at DLRP and this is what they say: Dinner show, table service. Fois Gras, Champagne, Veal, Mushrooms.., Cheese and special dessert or yule log for the adults. Prawn cocktail, chicken and chips, chocolate tree for the kids. Artichoke and asparagus, xmas veg, yule log for the vegies. Greeted by Mickey on arrival. Orchestra playing xmas music. Some european characters dress part of the xmas tree, starter meal, african xmas (jungle book and Lion king characters), main course, Chinese Xmas (mulan....), dessert finale with Goofy Santa.
one disadvantage is that the 2hr 40min event means we will miss the fireworks.

:cool1: That sounds wonderful Redcoat - as you say, once in a blue moon opportunity!
