Mickeys Halloween Party on Oct 28?

How do you think the crowds will be for the Thursday night before Halloween? We are arriving on the 26...but I don't think I can push the group for that night since we get up at 5 am for the flight. How many stations are there for candy? Is it worth it?

I'm hoping the 28th won't be too busy. I think Friday the 29th will be crowded, and obviously the 31st will be, but I think Thursday will be okay. I don't know how many candy stations there are, but you may want to look at the MNSSHP thread at the top of this forum because some people who have already been this year have posted there. As for whether or not it's worth it, I think so! I went for the first time last year and this year I'm going three different nights. It's a lot of fun. I love the MK at night, and Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I totally love seeing the MK all decorated for it. The parade was great too. Go for it!

We'll be there the 28th, and we're really looking forward to it. I intentionally chose that date, rather than the 29th or 31st, because I don't think it will be quite as busy. I pulled out my map from the last MNSSHP we went to, and it looks like there were about 14 trick or treat stations scattered throughout the park. If you can afford the ticket, don't miss it. You'll have a great time!

I'm like you, though. I don't think I'd want to go on the day I arrive if I were getting up so early in the morning. That would make for an awfully long day.

If you do decide to go on the 28th, I hope you'll try to make the DIS meet DebraMcKee mentioned in another post. It's at 6:45 p.m. in front of Carrousel of Progress. Should be fun!
