Mickey's Backyard BBQ

I booked tickets to Mickey's Backyard BBQ and it says it requires that you must pick up tickets or the box office if you wait until the day of reservations. Does anyone know how this works? Where should I pick up my tickets? Concierge at my hotel?

Also, I purchased category 1 and is says you can get in an hour early. Should I be there any earlier or just the hour?
