Mickey's Backyard BBQ Anyone?

We are going to Disney in Aug to take advantage of the free dining and are trying to make our ADR's in advance. We have never been there when the Mickey's Backyard BBQ is running since we are always there in the winter. Has anyone had an experience with this (good or bad!)? I know it requires 2 dining options to use and was wondering if it's worth it or if I even have a chance of getting an ADR at this point.

Thanks in advance for any advice - I'm sure I'll have lots of Disney dining questions this week since we have never used the Dining Plan before and have not had much experience with the table service restaurants.

Thanks for asking this...I've been wondering too. We're thinkign about going to it in October when we are down there.

I think there was a post about it 2 or 3 pages back, so if you don't get many responses, maybe search for that one?
