Mickey Tie-Dye at hotel pool

I'm thinking of doing the Mickey Tie-Dye activity at the hotel pool (we are at AKL-Jambo).

Does anyone have any tips? How much did it cost? Did it turn out nice? Is it hard to take care of? Can you wear the shirt on your trip or do you have to take it home and wash it first?

You have to wash them before you wear them. My boys both did them and they have held up well. The one the CM helped with naturally came out better then the one my 7 year old did on his own but they both have Mickey and look fun. My tip is to choose a separate color for Mickey vs the other colors you use for the shirt.

Last time we checked it was $15 which included a tee-shirt. You could wear it later in your trip if you had access to laundry facilities before you try to wear it. I guess you could also wash it in the bath tub if you bring along some laundry detergent.

Does anyone know how long the activity takes? Trying to fit it in during a mid-day resort break before a 4:25-5:25 FastPass.

Here is one of our DD doing the tie-dye at FW. It is a bit faded, prolly 2 yrs now since she did this one.





The give you plastic gloves and apron to protect your hands and clothes.

It doesn’t take long, maybe 1/2 hr. depending one how many people there are and how many CM’s are helping.
