Mickey Purse

I was very excited to buy this purse on my last trip to Disny World. Unfortunately this was in January of this year and the cartoons have already peeled off the back of it. It was about $30 and I did not expect for this to happen. As you can imagine I am very upset. I wanted to warn others about this before they purchase it and have the same problem.

I would call WDW merchandising and see what they can do. Ive always had great experience with them replacing items that have been damaged or had problems. I know theyre still selling the purse as I saw it last week.

I just returned a similar purse to WDW Mail Order, along with a nice letter, and they replace the purse free of charge! Didn't even charge me shipping!

Disney is very good at returning things. I bought an outfit at the OKW store and when I got home I noticed a defect in the shirt. I kept the receipt and when we went back the next year I took the outfit and receipt back to the same store and they gladly refunded me. Also, DS had the monorail die cast set. One of the pins that connects car to car broke. Took it back the next trip and they exchanged it no problem!

they will replace the purse free of charge and do not even expect you to return the one that is damaged. that is wdw merchandising. mail order dept,
my son just bought me the same bag in february as a suprise thank you for bringing him to wdw, he gave it to me before we left wdw, i thought it was a sweet gesture. i have not used the bag yet, but plan on it soon.
