Is there anyplace I can get personalized Mickey Ears before my July Trip? 2 Adult size, & 1 Infant size

You can purchase the ears at disneystore .com or using the disney parks app, but they will not personalize them. However, if you have a local business that does custom embroidery, they might be willing to do the personalized embroidery for you.
