Mickey Mouse/Disney Fabric

Can anyone give me ideas on where to find Mickey Mouse fabric, I've looked at Joann's, they only have mickey nascar, I've looked at Walmart, just a blue plaid, nothing at Fabric place. E.bay has alot, but you need to so overbid/over pay and where are those people finding the fabric. I've googled and haven't really found that much. Are there stores that I am not thinking of. Does disney not really license that much fabric every year?

I just wanted to make some cute appliqed t-shirts for our upcoming trip.

I'm guessing you're searching by actually typing in "Mickey fabric". I'd suggest you try the following protocol
Fabric Retail

Once you get those results search the different sites for either Disney or Mickey - sometimes try both.

I do a great deal of the costuming for our school's performing arts department and have found when I use the fabric retail approach I get better results. It may take a bit of searching but you should get some results. And you're correct in guessing that Disney doesn't license that much in flat fabric - they have little control ove what it becomes!

I just did a search on them and came up with a nice group of mickey and pooh fabrics. Just type "Disney" in the search box.

Although they did not have any hits for Disney fabrics, another good place to search for fabrics is www.fabshophop.com/fabsearch.asp.
