Mickey Monitor and AP discounts

I was just reading my current Mickey Monitor and saw that there were "blockout" dates listed under resort discounts. The dates were June 9-August 16. Does this mean that there will be no AP room discounts for the entire summer? I know we had one last July at BC. Please tell me it isn't so

I saw that too and was wondering if they meant no room discounts or something else? Hopefully someone knows.

When I read it I interpreted it as blackout dates for Florida residents who have a seasonal AP for the parks, not for resort discounts. The info on resort discounts was in a different spot (and it said to go online to see them). I too am hoping for room discount for the summer, but it looks like they're only out through 6/2 at this point.

DH called last night and was told that those blockout dates are for FL residents, not AP holders. She said to keep checking back for summer AP resort discounts. We're still hopeful they'll be out soon.

Phew! You made me nervous for a second there. I was hoping today would be the day but I've still got my fingers crossed! I'm getting anxious!
