Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway Ride Details-How to Ride?

So we are going on 1/29/23, just 2 days after MMRR opens and I was wondering if anyone had any details on how they plan to handle the lines? I'm guessing it'll be included in Genie+ but are they planning to offer standby? Digital queue only? Any details are appreciated...thank you

If I had to guess, they'll offer a Virtual Queue and Individual Lightning Lane ($$).
