Perhaps and Unpopular Opinion, but I think this is a pretty good way to do it. Gives folks the opportunity to go in without paying but gives the folks visiting from out a state a near guaranteed way to get on.

Worked well for us on Guardians at EPCOT.

I agree. I hated the hunger games VQ experience that was Rise of the Resistance, but we couldn't use a DAS unless we got a boarding pass. It was such a stressful situation.

I'll gladly pay the $ILL for our first ride through, and then just try for the VQ on future visits.

Probably not, they seem to like having 2 ILLs per park if they follow WDW model. I sure hope so thought.

WDW parks only have one ILL ride per park right now.

Although, to be fair, there really isn't anywhere to move it TO. It's a large setup.
