Mickey Heads?

I kept seeing mickey heads all over Main Street. I was just wondering where all of them came from?

Thin colored paper ones? They are blown out of "wind machines" during the Block Party Bash.

After the Magical fireworks show they are sprinkled down on the street. There are a lot of square tissues and Mickey heads

I think you mean Celebrate! A Street Party.

Block Party had colored balls that I never got bc little kids kept running infront of me!

For those who haven't seen them: they are made out of tissue paper. After the parade, kids scramble to pick them up.

They are cute, but they stick to the ground and are messy. The custodial gang comes out after the fireworks and the parades and they walk around with gas powered blowers and these gas powered sucker machines to clean them up. Too bad they stick like crazy, and they don't even pick up all the confetti. Oh well, they are cute, that's very true.
