Mickey head turning YELLOW at LL touch point?

Here’s a new one for me. A friend today tapped in for a LL and the Mickey head turned YELLOW. It stayed yellow for just a second and then turned green. A CM didn’t have to enter anything into the system to turn it green (like when it turns blue and they have to override to make it turn green). Has anyone seen this before? I’m fascinated what it might mean.

Rules of the Road for All to Follow:

- Yellow means slow down while driving in the Lighning Lane. Your friend was too excited. It happens.

- If the light turns red - no rolling stops. We are going to need ya'll to actually stop.

- If the light turns green - all bets are off. Feel free to cut as long as it's with only 20 of your friends (acquaintances acceptable). You must signal. Throw us a bicycle-style hand motion that looks official but kinda disco too and we will gladly step aside for all 21 of you.

Kidding.

I have no idea.

But I'm truly invested in this now and need to know.

What kind of ticket?
What kind of magic band?
Our AP doesn't turn yellow but does turn several colors when we enter. It could look yellow to someone who glanced at it
I haven't any idea what the new MB can do but we had some old ones that did different colors. Had a Valentines band that turned pink before turning green. A Food and Wine special event band that make glass clinking sounds when tapping in to Epcot. That type of thing. Maybe the new ones do similar things?

It maybe hard to tell with more information, but it was most likely a function of whatever ticket media they were using to tap in. More specifically, certain magic bands and ticket cards have "cool effects" when used at touch points. e.g. my haunted mansion band turns the touch point green but plays a spooky tune instead of the typical bing. I have halloween bands that turn the tap point orange and 1 or 2 that turn it red white and blue.

That’s really cool!
