Yes they are, most if not all of the same patterns as in the parks at the same prices as in the parks. You can also get the ears embroidered at WoD. We haven't bought any ears for a while, but I seem to remember most of them being priced in the $14-$20 range. I think there may be fancier ones that are a bit more expensive.
