Mickey Bars made me broke!

Ok, I will never again complain about the food prices at WDW again!
Heads up all you WDW travellers heading to DLR....can you say sticker shock?
Unless the prices of Mickey Bars (our family's FAVORITE!) went up at WDW since the last time I was there, be ready to shell out $4, yes, that's $4 for EACH Mickey Bar!
I went from the Micky Bar Queen to the Mickey Bar Pauper...
I guess you can say it was worth it, but we'll be eating Mac and cheese for a long while to make up for it!

Other sticker shock....at DLH I paid $3.79 for a cup of tea and $4.79 for a mini OJ. Stock up at 7 Eleven, Target, etc.....!

Things are far more expensive in California and DL than Florida and WDW. I cannot remember which website it is but someone listed a whole bunch of things you can get at each park and the price differences. The minimum wage in California is almost a dollar an hour higher than in Florida so that may have something to do with it.

Or go to Von's (grocery store) or set up a delivery from them ahead of time.

Then again, they don't have Mickey Bars at Von's, so if you like those...guess that won't help.

When we were in WDW last year, we were shocked at how cheap the dole whip float was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't even get me started.
My husband left me with two of our kids at DL on Saturday and didn't give us any money. Luckily my Daughter had $20 bucks in her pocket and this is what we bought with $20

Small popcorn
churro
turkey leg
Dole whip
slushie

We probably could have budget the $20 better but we were hungry and ate untill the money ran out.
