Mickey and Minnie

I am just sitting and planning with my DF and we have come across a query, We definatly want Mickey and Minnie at our cake cutting but I know that you can have them in either there wedding costume or normal clothes, by any chance has anybody got photos of them in there normal clothes at there wedding? I just cant seem to imagine what the whole thing would look like

I have only seen them in the wedding outfits on the boards.

There are a variety of outfits they can wear - I'm sure you could ask for "normal clothes". We were allowed to look at some photos when we asked our Planner.

By normal clothes, do you mean the standard that they wear at the parks? Minnie in the polka dots? Why don't you try google images, or on the photo storage on the DIS.

We were asked if we wanted them in formal attire or not-I think they can be in any outfit!hth

We are hoping for them in "normal park wear". Our colors are white and red and I think they would match much better in their red, white and black outfits.

Yes when I say normal I mean "dots" and all, I just really wondered if people had done it before, and if the pictures came out ok(the red and black against and ivory dress e.t.c) have tried google but cant seem to bring anything up.

I am still very on the fence about having Mickey & Minnie at my own reception. But, this does give you an excuse for a disney vacation! Wedding Research!!!

Hi Val,

Mickey and Minnie were at Amanda and Eric's wedding and only about 6 of us knew they were coming before hand.

When the DJ announced them into the reception everyone went nuts.....

It was so awesome the adults seemed as excited as the kids. Amanda was so happy we included them. They danced and took pictures with most of the guests. People were saying wow this is truly a fairy tale wedding.

They helped manda and eric cut the cake it made for some pretty neat pictures

Thanks for the link. This definately helps. I am now sure I want them in their red outfits. Our colors for the wedding are white (for me), red (for the girls) and black (for the tux). I am sure this would be the best color option.

Honestly, I don't know why more people don't have them in the "regular" clothes. I guess most people have them dress like everyone else, for the wedding. I am sure my mom was asked what she wanted Mickey and Minnie to wear. It was a surprise to us, but later, when we talked about it, she said she chose what they wore, formal attire.
