Mickey’s PhilharMagic opening date??

Has there been anything official about the opening date for Mickey’s PhilharMagic? Other than 'in 2003'??

We are off to WDW mid-October, and it looks like we'll get to ride Mission:Space, wondering if we'll get to see Mickey’s PhilharMagic.

As I read it, they are aiming for an official opening in early October, and things are coming along well, as they have recently removed the construction walls from the outside of the attraction. It may be open to guests as early as mid-late September, so you should have no problems.

How reliable (or unreliable, for that matter) is the information on WDWmagic.com? Obviously, dates/etc are speculative - but are they usually on the mark or usually way off?

In my opinion, they have some of the most reliable info out there. Check out their Mission:Space page and scroll back through their previous updates, and you'll see how accurate they were. Many of the people over there also post here.

So it looks like Mickey's PhilharMagic and Mission:Space should be the same week!!
That would be awesome since we will be there that week.

I have seen that M:S will have the media/grand opening event on Oct 9th. And this looks like the PhilharMagic will be the day before.
Quite a busy week for WDW public relations!
