I hit the motherload today at finding that sale. (of course I spent about $50 on ribbon for the bows I want to make DD but we won't talk about that!)

Oh and another find there it was pricey though relative to the white glue that I've heard works- but they actually sell the solar shirt goo there for about $3.50 a tiny bottle_ I'm thinking enough for one shirt. (flour and water would have been cheaper but I'm thinking this will be neater. )

It is a mickey head made out of a swirl pattern. There is a thread about it here. It was a design in a Family Fun magazine that some smart DISigner thought to modify to make a mickey head. Another DISigner decided to try white glue instead of the flour water mixture and it worked too

There was a great thread where another poster added the spiral template but I can't find the thread. Since I saved it I will just add it here.
