Michaels ads and that elusive coupon- you can print it out!

I've just noticed that the michaels flyer is online http://specials.michaels.com

is this the same flyer that the 40% coupon is usually listed in - I was wondering if I could check online for the coupon, I wonder if I would be able to print it out?

I can't see a coupon in there this week which is why I was wondering if it was usually right in the flyer.

Bev: It's in the flyer. This week there was a 50% off a complete custom framing order and 40% off one item. I was lucky -- our paper came with THREE ads in it!

I can't see anything in the flyer that looks like a coupon, but it is advertising a sale, maybe there is no coupon during sale weeks?

I was just at Michael's and they had the 40% off coupon. Oh and just so you know if you go to the desk and ask for the circular, not the coupon they will give it too you. They did me. I forgot to bring the ad with me and my girl friend told me to ask I did and they gave it to me. So hopefully when you get to Florida you can just ask for the ad.

You might ask at the hotel if you are there on Sunday they would probably have a paper around with a coupon in it.

I asked at the counter for a flyer and was rudely told, "NO! We do not have any in the store." Now I make sure never to forget my coupon. Maybe I just asked the wrong person at the wrong time or something.

Shelle94 sorry to here that. But it may be when it is an acutal pull out flyer they will give it to you. Last week our store had a seperate flyer about 4 pages. This week in the paper it is a small ad apart of the news paper so maybe that makes a difference.
But just remember they will match anyone else's coupon! So I will bring any I find! usually ACMoore

I was in Michael's the other day and discussed the whole coupon thing with a clerk, she said that each store has their own policy, some will give out the flyer others do not have in the store at all--looks like it is just luck of the draw as to which store is near you!

I'm just getting into scrapbooking. I got the same rude NO the first time I asked about extra flyers at Michael's. It didn't necessarily want me to continue browsing or shopping at their store . A couple weeks later I had a 40% off coupon. After the clerk scanned the coupon, she tore it up & threw it away. One would think for better guest/customer service they would have an extra coupon at the register.

They tear them up at my store, too. I never knew I could print out my coupon. Thanks for the link. I get so upset when something happens to my Sunday paper and I miss that coupon. I use them almost every week for scrapbooking supplies. Thanks a bunch.

I just went today, yes again but that coupon! I wanted a Mickey punch so of course had to go. I had my coupon all cut out and get up to the regi and tell them I had it. Before I could get it out she pulls a riped one out of a drawer and scans it. Then I said oh I have one and she takes it but I said heck let me keep it I might be back! She handed it over! So I just don't under stand stores!

A little over a year ago I was in my first ACMore store. It was in Lancaster Pa. Everyone in the store was soooo friendly.

A store employee was walking through the store and she just handed me a 40% off coupon on her way past me. Among other things, I had 4 rustic unfinished wood chair planters in my cart. I thought they would make really cute Christmas gifts. When I got to the register, I asked how the coupon worked. She said I could choose up to 3 items to receive the 40% off. Of course I chose 3 of my chairs. Just then she reached under her counter and pulled out another coupon for the other chair. I asked the cashier for directions which let them know I was out of town. It started a conversation among customers in all three lines about what I should see and where I should eat in the area.

Like I said. Everyone was soooo friendly.

Michael's just opened about 5 min from our house. I'm not into scrap books (yet) but I bake a lot of wilton's type cakes and I love having the supplies so close now.
