Michael and I got our engagement pictures back on Saturday, so I thought I'd post a few of my favorites. I am so pleased with how they turned out; we had a friend, who is not actually a professional photographer, take them. She did a FABULOUS job!

Okay, I guess that was more than "a few", but I just love 'em! Our friend also edited a few of them (making the background black and white, changing the pic to sepia, etc.), but I forgot to upload those. Sorry they're so huge!

Thanks! My Westies are rotten, too. I love them soooo much though...they are definitely our babies!

I'm crazy about those shoes myself. I bought them with the intention of using them as fun wedding shoes, but then I decided they'd be too dark under my dress. I had to keep them, though, and I wear them any chance I get!!

That dress is absoutely gorgeous, it is basically what I picture in my head for what I want when the time comes. Those pictures are so cute. I love the one of you two kissing where you're smiling. Precious.

I'm going with pink, too! I bought some Dyeables shoes that I'm going to have done in a soft pink (so I can wear them again after the wedding).

we can create our own support group here...i LOVE shoes, i have an addiction to them actually, i've bought at least 2 prs so far for our wedding and i feel more coming...

Wow, I guess I never updated with pictures of my dress! Sorry guys! I'm through with all of my fittings, and I have the dress with me at home now. Here are a few pictures from my first fitting and final fitting:

First fitting w/ my maid of honor, Katie:
(the top was way too big, so it looks really goofy!)

Last fitting:

I LOVE the way she altered the back. It was straight across, but I had her lower it and change it to a "V".

I have some working out to do, but I'm really excited!

This is the tiara that I'll be wearing (I have it on in the pictures above; it's very dainty):

I like this hairstyle, but with the veil on top instead of underneath (thanks to LadyJuliet on theknot.com):

And my shoes, which I will have dyed light pink:
