Miami PAT for Concierge: What time should we get to the port?

This will be our 6th cruise, but our first out of Miami and our first Concierge experience . I'm wondering when we should try to arrive at the port. I read that the Miami port doesn't open until 11 AM, yet I've seen reports of parties having a 10:15 AM PAT... Does anyone have recent experience at the Port of Miami and embarkation? TIA!
