MHT--Comfort Inn Opinions

Anyone use the Comfort Inn at MHT? It's about $70 for the night, includes breakfast and onsite parking free for the WEEK and they shuttle you to and from the airport.

Sounds too good to be true. It's fairly new so there aren't many trip reviews.

Any opinions? Safe neighborhood?
