Mexican CS in Epcot?

Does anyone know when the "fall" is. Okay, technically I know when fall is sup[posed to be but wondering if the new CS in Mexico is likely to be up and running for our October trip. Also, what is on offer in its place at the moment and is there a menu anywhere? Thanks for any info

My best guess is that Epcot would like to have the restaurant open in time for the Food & Wine festival, but that's only a guess.

Sorry, it's still too early to know any of that. All we know right now is that it's supposed to be a much larger restaurant with both TS and CS dining.
