I went to Costco (ON AN EMPTY STOMACH) and tasted the chorizo they were demo'ing...it was deeee-lish so I bought it. Now that I'm home, I'm not sure what to do with it. They say to put 3-4 eggs towards the end of the cooking and then eat it. What do I eat it with?? Tortilla or something else?
