Mex Riv late evening ports

I reserved a HOTH cruise for Oct 2019. In researching port adventures, some indicate for later port times. My Jan 2018 southern Caribbean allowed us to stay in Aruba till 2 am. Have other cruisers seen these port days extended and it is then listed on your cruise homepage or maybe not even till the cruise is about to set sail?
Aside question. Are there any port adventures I either want to definitely skip or partake in? Neither BF nor I are beach resort for a day kind of people.

I have stayed late unadvertised on the Fantasy in Costa Maya till midnight, they said some staff were given a night off, like you Aruba scheduled 6 pm, left 10 pm to a surprise fireworks display.

One Panama crossing cruise we stopped at Balboa basin for a refuelling, there was a small market there.
