The Candlelight Processional was the perfect ending to our Christmas!

Our last two days of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were crazy but fun! I was sad to put the boys on the plane last night I miss them already. But Mom is here now and we are finally settled in at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek. This place is HUGE! A mega resort! We knew it would take a lot of work to get ourselves setup. We had to make several trips to and from the room to bring in our groceries and luggage, but now we are relaxing and ready for some fun! I just now came inside from watching fireworks. We have a great view! I could see Wishes in the distance and Illuminations close! Here are some pics from the balcony:

Too bad I don't have my tripod!!! I'm horrible at keeping my arm still.

Tomorrow Mom and I are having lunch at the Boathouse and then seeing the movie Joy at the AMC Disney Springs. So that will be fun.

I still owe you guys a full GF and BC report. I promise I'll do that soon.

I can't believe how close you are to Epcot! It sounds like a nice place to stay.

It sounds like you and your mom have a nice day planned for today. I didn't realize WBC was so close to some of the parks. What are your thoughts on the resort?

I can't believe how close you are to Epcot! It sounds like a nice place to stay.

It's definitely nice, but different! It feels more like keeping house, the groceries and laundry, etc. No maid service. More of a "do it yourself" place. There aren't any employees in the towers, so if you need someone you have to go back to the main building. We are here a week and then heading to Pop Century for a week. It's not bad. I made my Starbucks coffee this morning and sat outside on the balcony.

We are right next to Caribbean Beach! This was such a last minute trip for us, I'm just thankful I found something on property. This wouldn't be my choice for a vacation just because I prefer to be onsite with the Disney buses, magic bands, DME, etc, etc. But it's a nice resort. Several pools and lazy rivers, restaurants, lounges, mini golf. Lots of activities.
