Hi! We went on June and would like to order something we saw in a store, I email them but haven't received anything back from them.

i don't have an email however i was under the impression that merchandise from the park is unique to the park and therefore you are only able to purchase it there and then, making it special

That's good to know, as the kids suitcase went missing on the way home with all their gifts and things they'd bought for themselves. As time goes on I'm less convinced the suitcase is going to turn up and it would be great if they could replace the missing stuff that they bought at Disney.
