This is actually from Tokyo Disney Resort's Casting Website, hence the Japanese caption, but the Main Street Merchandise Costumes at the Magic Kingdom and the World Bazaar Merchandise Costumes at Tokyo Disneyland Park are the same, anyway.
I'll try to find my picture later. But here is the description of the Fantasyland costume:
It has green bottoms and a white top (with a floral design sewed on). However, I believe now merchandise females HAVE to wear the skirt (blue with birds on it). I'm so happy I'm not there anymore.
I worked in the Emporium on Main Street, and wore the costume pictured above. We had blue neck ties instead of those red ones though. The dress was actually pretty comfortable. I also worked in strollers on Main Street and wore pants and a fleece jacket. My favorite costume was the baseball uniform at Casey's. I picked up a shift there just because of the costume! The costumes really depend on where you're located. Most of the Merchandise locations require black shoes, which are easily attainable at Walmart.
