Hi I got a bunch of menus and then I asked for brunch menus and I got lunch menus, so are there brunch menus out there? I know that some of you have mentioned them. I emailed her for those, but just making sure that I am not crazy!

We are doing this:

The Hamptons Brunch
Fruit Yogurt with Granola, Bananas and Sliced Strawberries
Caesar Salad Station with Choice of Shrimp or Chicken
Chef preparing Omelets and Eggs to order, with smoked Ham, Fresh Herbs, Cheddar Cheese, Mushrooms, Peppers & Onions
Smoked Ham with Bourbon and Honey Glaze
Smoked Bacon and Breakfast Sausage
Belgian Waffles served with Warm Maple Syrup
Orange Poppyseed Loaves, Buttery Croissants, Cream Cheese & Raspberry Danish

This sounds great for brunch. Do you know if there is another brunch menu? I would love to have Mickey waffles.

Ok they sent me 1 brunch menu only the Cape Cod- I hate to be annoying and ask for more, she said I can change things around - I was thinking that you said the Hamptons was 40 something per person, this is 57. Wonder why she did not send all of them? Ugg

The menus sometimes vary based on the location of your reception (for example the Boardwalk and the GF menus differ). You can always customize your menu and use the standard menu's they send you just as a jumping off point. If there is something specific you have in mind, just ask. You could also tell them you want the menu to come in at a specific amount of money, and see what they suggest cutting/adding/replacing.

I was feeling the exact same frustration when I asked my coordinator for the brunch menus and she only sent me one. This is the one she gave me for Ariel's. Surely there has to be other menus though??? But she doesn't easily volunteer information.. i kind of have to pry it out of her at times it feels like..

Cape cod brunch (50 guest minimum) - menu based on 1.5 hours of service

Selection of Juices
Fresh Sliced Fruit Display
Marinated Asparagus Salad
Roasted Vegetable Platter with Parmesan & Cracked Pepper Dressing
Shrimp & Tri-Colored Tortellini Salad
House Smoked Salmon with classic garnitures
Chef preparing Omelets & Eggs to order: (Smoked ham, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and onions)
Bacon & Sausage
Fresh Fruit Crepes with Chantilly Whipped Cream
Hash Brown Potatoes tossed with sundried tomatoes & Asiago cheese
Chef to carve: Tenderloin of beef with pommery mustard sauce
Breakfast breads to include: Assorted muffins, buttery croissants, raspberry danishes, and cinnamon buns
Assorted butters, preserves, & Marmalade
Coffee, Decaffeinated coffee, & selection of teas
(57.95++ per guest, attendant fee included in menu prices)

That is the one that i have, can you imagine if we did not have this board to find out more info, but I bet they sure hate it. I may email her back and say I know someone who got married there are used the Hamptons Brunch. Oh well....we shall see. When do we have to tell them the food we want? AT the plannign session?
