Menus required, Narcoosees and Citricos

This may be a strange request but I require bang up to date menus from both Citricos and Narcoosees. I have booked a Grand Floridian Private Dining Experience on August 29th and I am working with Linda in the Special Event Dept. I requested some items off of both Narcoosees and Citricos menus but she said that many items I had requested are no longer available. Apparently these restaurants change their menu every 4-6 weeks.
So to make it easier I was wondering if anyone had an up to date menu for both of these restaurants. I used the menus on Wdwinfo.com and AllEars.net but these are months old
So if anyone has a link or anything that could show the current offerings I would be really grateful.
