Menu for RBT F! Package?

Does anyone have the menu for this? I need to see if the kids will eat anything on it before I book it.

And on a kind of unrelated note - the restaurant is 'brightly lit' right? DH doesn't like wearing his reading glasses and has a hard time reading in dim-lit spaces (like, oh, I don't know... a lighting store ;)). That's why BB is out of the running.

TIA

When are you going? I ask because some (most?) of the seating is outdoors. So if the sun has set, then it will not be as bright as a lighting store. :rotfl: If you book an early ADR (before sunset), it should be pretty bright.

The review from DisneyGeek had a photo of the kid's menu from December in it. I don't know if it's changed, but there hasn't been a lot of talk about the actual meals (more of the discussion has been about the viewing areas).

Thanks. I bug him all the time about how he can't read in regular light.

We're going first week of October.

By then the menus might change, so I wouldn't make your choice based on the items on the menu from December or even now.

Well...by October, sunset is pretty early ~6:30 pm, so you're gonna have to eat early! I would consider bringing a small flashlight for him to help read the menus. I don't think folks would be really upset at places like RBT (unless you accidently flashed it in their eyes!) or even BB as long as it's just for a short period while you read the menu. In WDW, a restaurant called Le Cellier (similar in lighting to BB) actually now has back-lit menus so that guests can read it! I wonder if BB would ever consider something like that...

I'm trying to give him an idea of what's on the menu by finding it and printing it out in advance.

We usually eat early anyway - around 5-5:30ish.

The only two F! meals (other than Aladdin) are BB and RBT, correct? I can't see him wanting Aladdin's Oasis after a full morning of traveling and an afternoon at DLR.

A backlit menu would be very helpful to a lot of people I'm sure.

At this point, yes, RBT and BB are the only to F! dining package meals at TS locations. It will be interesting to see if anything else regarding the F! packages change in the future (e.g., the Hungry Bear Dessert Package that never came back after the Critter Country refurbishment). I would also ask this question again at the end of September (just before you go) so that you can give him the most current information.

You have a point. I'm trying to push through the summer to get to our holiday, LOL.

I wish they'd bring the dessert package back. I was looking forward to that.

I've been reading all over these boards in an effort to help a friend who will be at DL in December for only 1 day (:guilty:), and this is the first I've read of the Hungry Bear Dessert Package not being available. Did they do away with that option for obtaining a Fantasmic! FP?

(I tried inserting a sad face after "1 day". Obviously, that didn't go very well....)
