Mentally Preparing: A Focker, A Croc & Waldo hit POFQ! Trip Report Link is UP!

Ooh i know, I know :yay:
Shhh!!! You are sworn to secrecy.

You are sooooo addicted Tracy I was only checking 5 times a day and PMing you too :rotfl2:

Come on, Jo! Fess up... you're addicted too! :goodvibes

No I'm still with you :thumbsup2
Right back at 'cha!:thumbsup2

I'm sure we've got some of the same days :cool1:

I'm going to be stalking you at Animal Kingdom and give you a surprise FOCKING! :rotfl2:

Can't wait but oooh the pressure of being in your TR :rotfl:

Oh, Poppycock!
How was that? Do you use that word? How about pishposh? Is that better? I'll just sit here and wait whilst you think it over. ;)

:lmao: :lmao:

I'm jealous! You guys are going to have so much fun! Enjoy!

Side note - tried to do the multi quote thing and couldn't quite manage. Any hints on how to do it?

Jo, help her out. You've got MAD multi quoter SKILLS!

I'm afraid I'll confuzzle you even more, Madsofa! :confused3

Ok I seriously need to read the whole thread before I just start randomly posting... I can't help it though, it's the OCD. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! :thumbsup2
Who plans that far ahead? Only a DISer my friend, only a DISer. And you know, row 13 is the best spot on the plane - even better than 1st class I've heard.;)

Doh!:faint: $268 for our flight? Oi! Remember, tell no one of this, you must take it to your grave! I too have the habit of checking every week to see how full the flight is plus I check if there are any time changes. I cringe any time I see a price drop.

Yup, yup! Row 13 is THEE premier row. It's got a just a little more leg room than the other rows. Did you know that? Just a bit of airline trivia. Speaking of airline... have you ever seen that reality TV show? It was on A&E and it was called Airline. It was fantabulous! I am a reality TV junkie!:p

Yeah, this is almost always a mistake, but I can never help myself, either. It’s like a sickness, I swear.
It's sickening to see your price drop. You almost want to  BUT then you remember... "Hey, I'm still going, so who cares? No one else knows but my Dis friends and they've got my back!":rotfl:

Not at all – I’m mentally plotting this on a spread sheet as I read. Do I have a problem? :confused3

Just wait, it gets better. I've got a lime green note book for the Ducks and for us filled with all the itinerary info. It's off da HOOK, baby! Fo'shizzle!:rotfl2:
Yep, yep, yep – I blame it all on you! :rotfl2:
Is that a BAD thing? Oh, I think not, my friend! :thumbsup2

May I give my two cents' worth on Tony's? It's not awful and the ambience is my favorite of the MK TS restaurants. I just reccomend that you go in with low-ish expectations of the food. And order simple stuff that's hard to screw up. Don't worry - you'll have fun!

Yeah, I heard the ambience is something not to be missed, so that's why I bit the bullet and booked it. There will be a liability clause in the itinerary and I will be sure to include Tony's in that clause!

Scary, yes! Outta sight, you betcha!
This is your brain....:goodvibes
This is your brain on Dis...:hyper:
Any questions???:confused3
:smokin: I wish they had a little fried egg smilie guy...

I knew you'd understand! You are my friend and you accept me as I am, DISeased and all! Right? Right?????:hyper:

Row 13 has more leg room? For reals? I honestly didn't know that. I chose that row because it was as close to the front of the plane I could get. Hey, thanks for the tip!

Ah, Airline. Yes, I used to watch that show. I used to get all indignant when I would see people getting bumped off their flights cuz Southwest oversold. I saw a few people trying to get to WDW get bumped. If that were me I'd be:furious: .

Tracy stop playing with the mouse and get back on here, come on you've only got 5 months and about 2 weeks to finalise these plans! :rotfl2:

Come on, Jo! Fess up... you're addicted too! :goodvibes
Don't know what you're talking about :confused3

I'm going to be stalking you at Animal Kingdom and give you a surprise FOCKING! :rotfl2:
Be gentle it could be my first focking :rotfl:

Oh, Poppycock!
How was that? Do you use that word? How about pishposh? Is that better? I'll just sit here and wait whilst you think it over. ;)
Only if the kids are around and I'm really cross or want to sound posh so actually then all the time :rotfl2:

Jo, help her out. You've got MAD multi quoter SKILLS!

I'm afraid I'll confuzzle you even more, Madsofa! :confused3
I'm getting better and I have to keep up with Lauralee don't I although my humour is a bit hit and miss, mainly miss :lmao:

Today in the wonderful place of Disneyland, The Enabler learned Fuzzy Disney Math (FDM). When I renewed The Enablers AP, a cute little coupon showed up with the new AP giving the holder of said coupon 20% off their next purchase over $50. Before FDM, The Enabler would have never spent $50, therefore 20% off would not be necessary. That was before.... before we went to WDW, before she became an AP holder, before I started DIS-ing, before, before, before.
The Enabler decides she needs a new Disneyland shirt for our "up coming" trip in AUGUST! And since I had been so sweet to her, throwing her a birthday party, taking her to DLand for lunch on her actual B-day, she would like to buy me a shirt as well. Sweeeeet, I scored a super cute vintage tee. Very cute, but BLACK??? What was I thinking? Can't wear BLACK to WDW, I'll cook. Awww.... but I can wear it at night, no sun!:cool1: Sorry, off topic!
Anyway, The Enabler thanks me for choosing a shirt that put her over her $50 requirement, thus saving her 20%. Huh? Fuzzy Disney Math. :rotfl2:

Ooooh,...I LOOOOOVE fuzzy Disney math!!!

It's not just for "dollars" anymore...it now works with "DVC Points" as well!!!

I know. We had such a great day today. The weather was super, the crowds were minimal, the lunch was awesome! :goodvibes

Speaking of POSH... I was looking at UTUBE the other day and found the footage of Posh Spice with her kids at Disneyland. Well, she freaks out on people who are taking her picture, it was funny. I thought of you, Jo.
I couldn't understand why she made herself all up and had a huge entourage and a Disney guide and was trying to tour Disney without attention. Give me a break. I've seen a few celebs at Disneyland, just laying low, dressed like the crowd and they blend in and are pretty much left alone. I think she wanted that attention. JMHO.:confused3

I'm getting better and I have to keep up with Lauralee don't I although my humour is a bit hit and miss, mainly miss :lmao:

WHAT??? Girl, you've been on FIYAHHH!! You've got funny all over you!:joker:

Ooooh,...I LOOOOOVE fuzzy Disney math!!!

It's not just for "dollars" anymore...it now works with "DVC Points" as well!!!

Apparently. I can't wait to hear the rest about that!
LY, MI!

Bear with me today, I’m writing this and taking a nostalgic trip down 80’s lane today. DH uploaded my iPod with wonderful 80’s music. I met DH in the late 80’s so these songs remind me of our crazy love days. New Order, Erasure, Morrissey INXS, I’m all warm and fuzzy! Awwww… I know!

Coincidence, I ask?

Ok, shall we begin? So, I’m cruising the TGM boards and notice another person with a similar itinerary as mine. Wait a second; this “person” has the exact same days as I do? Do I have a stalker? Could it be? She sends me a PM saying she noticed we have the same vacation dates. Conspiracy or coincidence? You be the judge. The person ends up being CastilloMom aka Lisa! Hi Lisa! Well, we get to chatting and come to find out she’s actually on the same flight as we are. In fact, she’s the culprit who claimed our favorite row 13! She also lives very close. What are the chances? It has to be another Dis-er. A “normal” person would not buy their plane tickets that far in advance! I do believe it was the Dis Gods who connected us. CastilloMom is going on an UBER vacation! 10 + days in WDW and then a Disney Cruise. Yes, the vacation of vacations! Go check out her pre-trip report. It will surely turn those eyes Lime green!
Seeing as CastilloMom is going to be there at the same time, I insist she join our Dis meet on 8/25. We're gonna party like its....1999 +8?!! Whoo hoo!!

A Lesson in Waldoism

It’s a terrible thing, Waldoism. I wouldn’t wish it on my worse enemy. It’s a complicated disease, and is incurable. My name is Tracy, and my father has Waldoism. He’s currently in the denial stage in his mind, he believes he is not wandering, he is merely exploring and he knows where we all are, so he is not “technically” lost. He’s already been warned that this time, we will not spend time looking for him. I have created an itinerary showing approx. where we will be at what time of the day on what day of the week. Should Waldo wander, and cannot locate the rest of the group he should do the following:
A)Use your CELL PHONE, it’s that mini telephone looking contraption attached to your belt, (which by the way, is not an accessory, Waldo!) to contact one of the 4 us who will be assigned to “Waldo Watch” as explain in the vacation handbook.
B)Check your itinerary. If today is Wednesday, August 23rd and it’s roughly 12:30 PM, we are at Alfredo’s in the Italy Pavilion having lunch please join us.
C)Leave wherever you are, go back to the Port Orleans French Quarter and wait for the rest of your party to return to said resort.

Included in our itinerary will be the “Waldo Watch” assignments. Each day, one adult from our group with the exception of “The Enabler”, will be assigned to keep an eye on Waldo. This person will be responsible to hit the kill switch on his little ECV, should Waldo try to escape. We have not told Waldo about “Waldo Watch” assignments, as he may try devising plans to create diversions throwing off the Waldo keeper of the day and foiling our plan. We have to be creative, ingenious and stay one step ahead of Waldo.
So I’ve made my list, let’s check it once.

Resort booked? Check!:)
Flights booked? Check!:)
ADR’s made? Check!:)
Itinerary complete? Check!
Transportation to LAX? Doh!!! Will have to work on that, soonish:rolleyes1

Up Next: THE CONSPIRACY THERORY. THERE GOES MY DISNEY FUND.:scared:

Ha, ha, ha - I love the Waldo Watch assignments! Very clever system and I think it may very well work for you :thumbsup2

Are you sure Waldo isn’t just taking “three steps to the left”???

Just askin’…

Ahhhh….the 80’s!!! I was more of a metal chick though….Whitesnake, Poison, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden…

Somehow you could probably figure that though…

Thanks is that a back handed compliment? :confused3 I know I resemble her in lots of ways, size zero, lovely tan, fashion icon, never smile and of course our bank balances are very similar :lmao:

OMG your Waldoism's are so funny, you'll have to get one of those stretchy cords for the key, you know like they have on jetskis incase you fall off, so if Waldo goes out of range the engine stops :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

Looky, looky.... Evan's crocs came today! Maddies came a few weeks ago. I just had to post the pics. They're soooo cute.:cutie:

IMG_0540_1.jpg

Seat and tray table returned to their upright position as well as seatbelt securely fastened.I am along for the ride!!!!You are so funny, I loved your last TR and this is great also.
How does Evan like the crocs?? DS1(he will be 2 in Jul)-- wondering if they are any good for really little feet?(do they stay on and such). Cant wait till the next chapter!:thumbsup2

WARNING - HIJACK ALERT!!!!

Yeah, I know this is DLM's turf but I have a proposition for Tracy and the other Lapu Lapu gals and since I know this is the gathering place I thought I'd post here.

Tracy, everyone. Without going into too much detail here, if you'd like to join my GG for the Illuminations Dinner and/or Fireworks Cruise, hop on over to my pre-trippie for more info. I'm in a bit of a quandry and thought this could benefit all of us. Don't know why I didn't think of sooner but would love to have you along. Let me know!:)

Yup, I had you pegged for a black jeans, concert tee, 80's chick mullet, bandana tied around the wrist kinda gal.:lmao:

Oh, no Jo, not that you personally remind me of her! It's just that all the English things remind me of you. For instance, today Maddie teacher had on a tee that said "England" on it. *POOF* I thought of you.;)
Posh sucks, she brought bad mojo to my happy place.

Thanks for joining this Mad Tea party! ;)
Evan loves his crocs. I don't know about your son, but Evan has the infamous "baked potato" chubby baby feet. He's got that little fat patch on his instep. It's very hard to find him sandal type shoes. The crocs stay on and they're very comfy for his fat little foot. I bought him size 6/7 and they were perfect. :thumbsup2

BTW, V, I'll leave your schedule at the front desk of your resort.:scared:
