Mentally Preparing: A Focker, A Croc & Waldo hit POFQ! Trip Report Link is UP!

Nikki Felix? You don't know my cousin who lives in California? Uhm...she like is really a nobody but I do know where she lives...

Sorry, Mo. He's taken, and I doubt his wife's givin' him up anytime soon! :rotfl2:
Smart woman. If he's got big bucks, is good looking (and I'm betting he is if he resembles you DLM), and is a good guy, he'd be a keeper.

Unless he married into money.....:rolleyes1

Nah, her family's from New York. :rolleyes1 :lmao:

:rotfl2: Just Kidding, DM!! ;) :rotfl2:

He some fancy schmancy something or another. ;)
I just love fancy schmancy something or another guys. They totally rock my world! :rotfl:

Oh, "that" Nikki Felix! ;)
:rotfl2: I was gonna say! :rotfl2:
Yes...the one and only Nikki Felix. I wish I could post some pics of her bachelorette party here on the DIS but I'd be kicked off for sure! It sure was a fun night back in 1991 back when I was single and wicked skinny....those were the days.

Hey Tracy,
I hope you "win" and get whatever trip you want for next year or actually I hope you get BOTH!!.I am confused I think:confused3 :confused3
But let me just say this.......
You could also tag along to NYC with bro and parents next year and maybe we could have a NJ/NY meet?? I live about 30min outside NYC over the river in NJ.
Or if you do goto Hawaii I hope it is in May as DH and I will be married 10yrs in May and are going back to Hawaii with the kiddies(we honeymooned there). So maybe a Hawaii Dis meet??(we have DVC so we will also be back to WDW in Oct 08)
Glad to hear Donald is feeling a wee bit better. Everyday a little progress.

I didn't realize you all would be so shocked at my pact! Let me 'splain!:lmao:

Ok, so you remember that TE wanted to do the F&G Fest, right? Well, my brother is going to New York next year for a family reunion (his wifes side) and TE and Waldo wanted to hitch a ride with him on his jet. I know  . TE and Waldo have plans to tour the east next year and this happens to be the same time TE and I had planned to do WDW. So, we're a no go unless something falls through.

Andy absolutely does not want to go to WDW next year, so since I thought I was going in May with TE, I agreed he did not have to go.

Now my brother who's going to New York has invited us on an all expense paid vacation to Hawaii (Fancy jet, 5 diamond resort... how can I pass that up???). The problem is he's not sure if it will be 08 or 09. So due to vacation schedules, Andy cannot take 2 vacations in 1 year. We're kinda stuck until DBro decides what year we do Hawaii.

Don't forget we also had Andy's 40th b-day Cruise and WDW whirlwind vacation planned for 09. Will it still happen? :confused3

Now I made a deal with Andy that if we go to Hawaii next year, I will forego my rights to a WDW vacation. But I didn't say I would forget about DVC. :rolleyes1 That comes into play later. I'm holding on to that card, baybee. HOWEVER.... if we don't go to Hawaii, and Andy's sister goes to WDW, we'll go with them.

So, as confusing as it is.... it's all still up in the air. :confused3 Where it lands, who knows, but there's a 50/50 chance I won't go to WDW. BUT there's also a 50/50 chance I will. I'm holding out for the latter. :pixiedust:

TWO WORDS FOR YA TRACY.....

CHICK TRIP!!!:rolleyes1

Hey D_Mama I just read your Trip Report...the 1st one "wheres Waldo" & it was great loved all the pics & the End got me it made me realize that I really miss WDW alot & can't wait to get there!! as I know you feel the same....
BTW cudos to you for taking your family again...holy cow what a crew!!!

DLM, We may not have another trip to the World until 11/08

We went to Hawaii for our 5 year anniv - before we had kids. I often say to my DH when we go to Disney - we could have spent this same amount of money and gone to Hawaii. We don't really want to go to Hawaii with our kids, though. Maybe when they are a little older, but no way am I taking Girl there. She can't even sit through a movie. Imagine her on the airplane.

Are you using your DVC points for Hawaii? I know you can use them at the Grand Wailea Resort. Let me just say this about the Grand Wailea=:thumbsup2

You know what.... it IS just crazy enough to work. I'll have to add that one to my secret stash, along with my DVC hand. :ssst: We may to secretly work on that one, LL. :rolleyes1

WHAT?!?!?! You are coming to DLR next year right? :confused3 I'm counting on a DLR meet, you know!

Ooooh! I don't blame you for wanting to go sans kiddies. DH told me the same thing last year at WDW.... for the amount we spent at WDW for 6 days, we could have gone to Hawaii for 2 weeks. :lmao:

Yes we are still planning to hit the Land next March.

No we will pay OOP no points there we save them for WDW.
We have stayed at both the Grand Wailea and next door at the Four Seasons and we love the Grand Wailea, I think the kids would get at kick out of the water elevator at the pool. BTW do they still have that??

OK...so do you get some special deal at the Grand Wailea or something cause we just starting pricing for May/Jun and the rooms are like $875 a night for standard ocean.I know WDW is expensive but not THAT expensive.
If you have some secret to less $$$ for Hawaii PLEASE share them.We are very picky where we stay but let me know any secret that a west coast momma may have:rotfl2:

Hey Tracy, member me? It's your practically next door neighbor Lisa, aka CastilloMom. Did you check your mail yet?:hyper: My son checked the mail and called me at work and said we got an envelope from WDW, our ME stuff! I'm sooooo excited I could scream!

Haven't been on the boards too much lately other than my daily lurking. Lots on my plate right now but I wanted to check in with you to see if you got "the package" yet. Talk to you soon!:goodvibes

Last time we were there, the water elevator wasn't working. But I won't go in that thing again. The first time it ripped my bathing suit top off! :rotfl: All the kids love that pool and the all the slides are great! :thumbsup2

Sorry, sweetie, no secret here. I do know that my brother bought some kind of time share purchase in the Napua Club Tower and he gets a discount for guests in the regular rooms.
Oooh!! I wanted to try the Four Season, Maui. Lucky girl! I heard it's very nice. We did the Four Season in Aviara which is near San Diego and I loved it!

Have you tried the Princeville Resort in Kauai? It's super lux and very romantic.
