i am trying to decide if I want to buy MM or not. I usually just buy a photo or two from the photo pass. But can you buy the ride videos the same way? I really only want those videos but I don't think it's worth $170!

I'm a huge MemoryMaker fan, but the ride videos are totally lame. Definitely not worth $170. I don't know if you can buy them individually.

mo, they are not available for purchase and only come with the purchase of MM. there is ONLY 2 ride videos-- 7DMT and ToT but some times they have video magic shots.

I agree with serene56. Well, I don't think they're totally *lame*, because I really enjoyed them as an addition to all the ride photos and posed shots I got with MM, but I sure don't think that they alone warrant a $170 purchase. It's a brief stock video of the ride itself or a passenger's-eye view from the ride, then a 3-5 second (?) clip of your particular car of the ride, and finishes off with another stock moment or two.

@librarymom2007 We just got back on Sunday and I was in the same boat as you. But as someone mentioned in another thread the $$ it costs for MM is more than likely a small amount in the big picture of your trip. We took over 300 photos and stopped at every photographer we passed (cuz dad likes to be in the picture too sometimes). I think it's a good deal IMHO and the "Magic Shots" were a nice touch as well.

I'll bet youre fun at parties. Kidding. I agree they aren't worth the 170 but the 300 pics we got including animated ones were.

I always love our hundreds of Memory Maker photos - and the animated Magic Shot pictures are fun...I was just really disappointed by the ride videos.

IDK, I looked at someone's memory maker and I just don't feel the need for all those photos. I take a ton myself. In the past I have just purchased one or two from photo pass. I thought the ride videos were pretty cool, but not worth $170. We'll probably skip. And $170 is still a lot of money to me, to spend on something I don't really feel is necessary.
