Memory maker ride videos

will we be able to download the ride videos from memory maker? When we look at ours only our delete button is activated, the download button does not do anything. Not sure if I am missing something or if I need to call.

When I downloaded my Pics the videos were in there too

Mine downloaded just like the regular photos. I'd call if you continue to have trouble.

Maybe they are having issues right now....it won't even let me sign into my account. The only other thing I can think is that because you can only get the videos with the MM, it won't give you the individual download button. I know when I downloaded my photos last year, all of the videos were included too.
