I want to purchase this for my up coming trip in Nov. The trip is already paid for in full, can I still purchase MM and if so do i call them up or can I do it through the website. Will it link to my reservation.

You can purchase it through the website. You will just link it to everyone in your party through MDE. We had it with our trip earlier this month and I am so glad we did- I think it is a great value!
