Memory Maker issues

We have been in the parks for 3 days and only one out of 3 of our ride photos has shown up in our Memory Maker account. All of our Photopass pics are there though. Anyone else experience this? Was there a solution? Thank you!
 
Go to the PhotoPass guest services at the front of the park or at DS. They can search for your photo if you know the approximate time you were on the ride. This happened to us a few times, but they were able to find it.
 
After our trip, we noticed that we had missing pictures. We found a number to call thru the MDE website (407-560-4300). We also found a a way to enter the missing photos info on the MDE website. We did both and our pictures were found within about a week. Good,luck.

On our trip in September, each time we rode Buzz Lightyears Spaceranger Spin, it added the photo of the car in front of us - not ours. On our last ride of the trip, we stopped by the TV screens - found our photo and tapped our Magic Band and the correct photo loaded that time.
