Memory Maker Freak out!

Help! I am sure I can find the info somewhere but not easily. We just returned from WDW on Sat. I had pre-purchased memory maker (and could see it on my account) but hadn't gotten the card in the mail. When I look at the photos online it seems as if everything my partner had taken and used HIS magic band to scan isn't there. Our reservation had me, him, and DD all together so I thought they would just show up. What do I do?
 
A couple questions for you to look into: Was your partner listed under "Friends & Family" in your MDE account? I think that's the only way any photos scanned with his MagicBand wil show in your MDE account. I'm not sure if you add him now, will the photos show up? Does your partner have his own MDE account? If yes, the photos scanned with his band may show up there. These are just a couple thoughts I had; I'm not an expert on this, so you may need to call as PP suggested.
 
I agree with the above. First, make sure that he is either ONLY on your account or that if he has his own MDE that he is linked to your account under friends and family. If that is correct, call PP and they should be able to help.
 

Oh No!! Pls let us know when they get this sorted out, I have same set up and am sure kids and hubby will be scanning their bands for pics soon too. I was told as long as they are fam and friends they would appear, but as MDE goes.... never know about hiccups. Sending pixie dust your way....
 
I have no idea if this will work, but it might be worth trying. I've been reading a lot about the best way to share MM with friends who are traveling at the same time as us (but not *with* us, so I wasn't sure we should link all our plans). Someone posted that you could input the number on the back of a MB on the MM site, much like you would enter the code on the old Photopass cards, and all the photos scanned to that band would appear in the account.
 
If you fill out a form online or call, they can fix it for you. We had a few not show up and after I contacted them, we had our photos within a few hours, no longer than overnight. Don't panic :-):-)

They ask for a lot of details to make it easier to find the pictures (you don't HAVE to give them the details, but it helps them), like date/time/who was in the photo/what you were wearing, etc...It was a fairly easy process. Good luck and best wishes for a speedy photo recovery pixiedust:
 
The same thing happened to myself and my husband, our accounts were linked but any pictures that he scanned with his magic band did not show up. There is an on line form you can fill out and email in and they can add his pictures to your account. They had the problem fixed in no time :)
