I'm here at Disneyworld with bad internet so please forgive me if this question is too ignorant. So I bought memory maker for our trip we're currently on. DH and DD are in California right now. If they bring home the photo pass cards from Disneyland can I add them to our account so we don't have to pay again? They use cards there not magic bands correct?

I believe that DLR and WDW are still on two separate Photopass systems. DLR can still by the Photo CD while WDW is Memory Maker only. Quoting from the FAQ here -> https://mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/help-and-support/faq/

I traveled to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland this year, I’ve been paying
extensions on my Disneyland photos to purchase one disk with both trips.
How can I do this?

DisneyPhotoPass photos captured at Walt Disney World® Resort after September 3rd, 2013 will only be accessible at MyDisneyPhotoPass.com. You will need to purchase your Disneyland resort photos on DIsneyPhotoPass.com before they expire. Your photos from Walt Disney World resort will have to be purchased on a Memory Maker – a new product that includes all your digital vacation images for one price. For more information or to purchase Memory Maker Click Here.
