Memory maker and single picture download

I am home from a recent Disney Vacation. I had pre purchased memory maker before we left home. I really liked it!! My question is...I finished adding boarders and such and downloaded all the pictures. After I did that, I saw a couple pictures I wanted to make black and white and then add a boarder...I did that, but now do I have to download all (900 pictures) again or can I just download single pictures (which I haven't been able to figure out how yet)...so if someone has downloaded single pictures, please let me know how. Thanks!!
