Just so you know when I stayed at the CR last year I needed more hangers so I called housekeeping and they brought me more. Don't be afraid to ask

Good idea! Not sure why but I never thought to ask for more hangers! lol This time, I definitely will. Last trip it wasn't that big of a deal since we weren't there long, but with enough clothes for 10 days for 3 people, we will definitely be needing more hangers! I think I'll still take along some of my son's but ask for more when we arrive!

I just called Disney and requested Jamaica 45 or Aruba 51 and a corner room!!! I'm just not sure we're going to be able to get all of our requests...we paid for a King bed room & all the pics I've seen of the corner rooms have 2 double beds. Honestly I'd rather have the double beds & corner room than to have the King bed in the middle of a hallway. I'm glad I put in my requests...and I'm secretly hoping for Jamaica because I love the yellow buildings! I've always wanted to paint my house yellow, but I know my husband would never let me! ha ha! If I remember correctly, Jamaica also has their own little playground area which would be great for our son! Whenever my husband is relaxing in the room or needs to take a nap, I can take our son outside & let him play on the playground or swim in the village pool. I also think my son will love to walk across the bridge (or be pushed in his stroller!)

I'm really getting excited about our trip!!! I also called the kennel today & they said it would be $60 for 10 days for leaving our cat there! Since I've never used this particular kennel before, he gave me a discount. I already thought I was getting a good deal because everywhere else I called wanted at least $90-100 and he said $70 at first, then $60.

Today I have to babysit, buy a baby shower gift for this weekend, and buy some last minute stuff for our trip. Hopefully I don't forget anything today because I really don't want to make another trip to the store before we leave on Tuesday. I can't believe we leave on TUESDAY!!!

Yes, I decided to board the cat. I got a good deal because I am a first time customer! My mom is watching our house & our dogs.

I finished up some last minute shopping today! I think I'm done packing except for my husband's clothes, which we're washing & packing tomorrow!

Hi Christine & Michelle! I guess you guys are the lucky ones...LOL...because this will be my last post before leaving on Tuesday afternoon!

I am very excited...I can't wait to leave!!! I'm anxious about the flight, but that is usual for me. I'm always worried about it even though I am a firm believer that flying is alot safer than driving! I finally finished up last minute stuff today & will be taking my laptop to "store" at family's house while gone, which is why this is my last post prior to leaving on Tuesday!

I hope I'm not forgetting anything...usually I pack all of the suitcases in one day & then go back a few days later & add things I've forgotten. This time, since it was a last minute change in our trip dates, I just packed everything & left it. I add things here & there as I buy it, but I don't even have a packing list like I did on all of my prior vacations! I think tomorrow I'll put all the suitcases side-by-side & visualize going through a typical day...that's usually how I remember that I forgot something!

I'm super excited to be staying at CBR!!! As soon as I get there, I think I'll drive everyone crazy and take a million pictures!!! I am taking 4 brand new memory cards on this trip, so we'll see how many I end up using! (If I just take pics on it, one of the cards will hold about 2,500 pics...but if I take video, 2 cards = 60 minutes of video) Last trip, I had a little Flip Mino and taped maybe 20 very short 5-10 minute videos...the longest segment being the Celebrate Parade at MK (oh and the bus ride to the resort, but it was really blurry because the bus driver was speeding! )

I wish all of you a happy week/weekend while I am away! I hope the storms aren't bad across the country & that everyone stays safe! We had tornado warnings here & some actually touched down about 2 hours away from here this morning. (Nothing major though.) I saw the Mid-West was hit pretty hard this weekend. I looked at the forecase for my hometown during the 10 days we'll be gone & it looks like mid 70's and occassional rain. I also looked up Florida (of course!) and it looks like highs in the low-90's and lows in the mid-70's. It says scattered t-storms 3 out of the 10 days and rain 2-4 days. I'm not that worried about it...every trip I've ever taken to FL has had tons of rain & we've still always had a GREAT trip!!! You all know as well as I do, it will rain for 10 minutes, then stop, then rain again 3 hours later. Sometimes its even raining in one park & not in another! Its crazy how the weather works sometimes! Anyway, regardless of the weather, I'm planning to have an absolute wonderful time!!! It will be so nice to get away from the stresses of home for a few days!

I checked my reservations & everything looks great! I have to print our boarding passes for our flight tomorrow & pack a few last minute things...then that's it!
